Hi everyone its great to be back. Many of you will know I have been busy getting ready for a pro show in Omaha. Well I only went and won it which qualifies me for the Wings Of Strength World Championships (The Old Olympia Title) in August so I am straight back in the gym. I have also managed to secure a great sponsorship deal with Napa Sports Nutrition. A huge thank you for all your support.
