My condition has changed dramatically over the past few months so I am doing a few photoshoots this weekend to compare with my pre diet pictures.
I am mid way through now so this will be a good guide to see how far I have come and how far i have to go. The diet is really starting to kick in and my energy is starting to drop. I am still training with intensity but am exhausted after. Still doing 2 sets of cardio every day on top of the training and I am starting to see results.
I have attached a photo I took before I started dieting as you can see I am much softer looking. I will try to mimic the photo this weekend so you can have a good comparison. Now where did i put those knickers? If i cant find them does anyone mind if I do it nude?
