Hi,
Wow had some great feed back from the last few photo’s I put on the blog so added another one from my session in Evoloution. Everyone seems to prefer the after training sweaty mess look.
I will be doing alot more shot’s this weekend in the gym so look out for those next week. I will be 3 weeks out from my first show this Sunday, Cardio is up to an hour both morning and bedtime aswell as the daily weight session for each body part. Thanks to my coach Lewis Breed he is a strict task master.
So hopefully I will speak to alot of you on Monday in the mean time enjoy this double bicep pose.
