Just got back from a photo session in the gym and had a meeting with my coach today. He has advised me that he will be upping my cardio. From Monday, in addition to the 45 mins of cardio i am already doing before breakfast, will be doing 45 mins straight after my weights workout! So fully intend to make the most of my cheat day tomorrow. Looking forward to a nice Sunday roast. Also plan to go and see the new film “Angels and Demons” as i have just finished the book.
