Hi,
I forgot to upload this picture taken during a radio interview for BBC Radio Manchester (check out the Motley Crew T-Shirt ROCK & ROLL). I was kindly asked by Tanya George to do an interview with her about Female Bodybuilding in the UK. I was in a BBC studio in the south west of the UK and was linked into the Manchester studio where Tanya and the radio presenter were waiting for my input. It was a lot of fun so thank you to Tanya for inviting me on to the show.
So here we are at the end of another year. It has been another good year for me winning the British Title. I love body building and now my attention is firmly set on continuing my winning ways this up coming year. As yet I do not know what competitions I will by aiming for but rest assured as soon as I have my goals set I will be going for 100 percent so I come in bigger and tighter than before. That is my aim to always be evolving into a better body builder bring on 2011.
