The diet is really starting to kick in now so that by the time i have finished training i am usually shaking. I have just finished training my chest, so i have had to wait a while for my hands to stop shaking so I could type this blog.
I have dropped a meal this week and upped my cardio to 45 mins in the morning, before breakfast, and 45 mins at night, after training. It all seems to be working as my obliques are starting to come through and i have even started to see stirations in my glutes. As always I have documented my progress with photos that will be put on the site for you all to enjoy.
The site has had a great opening month and I want it to get better so as always if you have any suggestions of photo shoots/videos then please send them to me. I will be doing a Live webcam session this coming Wednesday at 1800 UK time. I am aware I have fans all over the world so I will try to rotate the times of my Live cams so I can get to meet you all. As always thank you for your support – it drives me on in the gym and in everything I do.
I hope one day to build my own gym and beam my workouts live via web cam.
